About this course

A full time Summer Training Program on “Automotive System & IC engine design & tuning “specially targeted on Formula1 design & development with comprehensive theory & practical hands on, providing advanced learning of Automobile designing& manufacturing.


+ Course has been divided in to three parts
=>Learning
=>Designing
=>Project

Learning Session:

This is the “Theory Session” of the program where the concepts of Automotive design & IC engine design will be taught which would help in Designing & Project sessions.

Designing:

After understanding the whole automobile concepts & their design approach we design a fresh car where the problem statement will be “To design a CONCEPT VEHICLE (high performance Formula1) & Its Engine Control Unit”. (On paper & software)

Project:

After designing our Concept Vehicle & its Control unit, we manufacture, assemble & test it in our machine workshop ; which provides optimized fabrication skills & necessary working experience.

Course Highlights:

• Learning of advanced automotive technology
• Learning of “Engine electronic control systems”
• Helpful in research & development in field of automobile & IC engines
• Provides manufacturing & testing experience of an actual prototype.
• Helpful in placements in leading automotive companies
• Students can build their own FSAE vehicle & participate in project Formula SAE, the largest international level undergraduate competition.
