This weekend is a series of shows lined up for our Artistic Director, Smt. Seethalakshmi Vijay at some revered and legendary temples in south Karnataka.
Starting with Kukke Subrahmanya temple, followed by a presentation at the islet temple of Shri Durga Parameshwari temple at Kateel, the divine journey of dance concludes at the Vaishaka Natanam 2026 at Bekal Gokulam Goushala in the midst of Lord Krishna and Gau mathas.

I'm immensely grateful to Bekal Gokulam Goushala for giving me this opportunity to present my art at the Vaishaka Natanam 2026.

I'll be presenting a few items of Bhakthi on 11th May, 2026 between 1.15pm and 1.45pm at the newly inaugurated Dhenumandapam. I'm honoured to be able to perform at this inspiring venue, full of nature and seek the blessings of Gau mathas.

I thank the organisers for this opportunity and also wish to thank my Guru Dr. Shobana for her constant guidance and my family for their support.

Exicted to present a new solo thematic margam "Swathi Thirunaal Mahatwam", a complete margam on the compositions of Maharaja Swathi Thirunaal, tomorrow 19th Jan, 2024 at 6.15pm at TAG Dakshinamoorthy auditorium, Mylapore under the aegis of Brahma Gana Sabha. With the blessings of my Guru Shobana and my Paramaguru Smt. Chitra Visweswaran.
Accompanied by a very talented set of musicians- Sri. Binu Venugopal, Sri. Saktivel and Sri Sigamani and my student K*m. Anu Bhaskararaman on the cymbals.

Performing the dance drama on the life history of King Maker "Karmaveerar" Kamaraj at Ambasamudram this evening.
What a privilege to visit the Manimuthar dam that he build during his reign as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, just before the show.
Feels like having received his blessing before the show.

We are happy to invite to our next Theatrical venture "Mangayar Thee", a dance drama based on the stories of Rani Velu Nachiyaar and her female comrades / supporters.
Velu Nachiyaar was one of the first royalties to fight the British, not just fight but win against them too. She was the first to get her kingdom back from the British and continued to rule without their hindrance.
The dance drama revolves more around the stories of Udaiyaal, the 10yr old, who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the queen and Kuyili, the chief of the women's wing of Velu Nachiyaar's army.
An ode to the women force and their bravery, as aptly named Mangaiyar Thee - The Women of Fire.
We are grateful to Sri. Aatmanadan of Sangeeta Sagar Cultural Trust for believing in us and giving us this project.

A new production on the divine compositions of Sri. Ramalinga Swamigal (popularly known as VALLALAR) - "THIRUARUTPA".
