Tips to improve English:

Yesterday my post suggested that you should read the English newspaper everyday to improve your English. Which columns or articles to read is the next question.

If you are a beginner you could start with the headlines, then move to reading the articles in pages 2 and 3 of any English newspaper. These pages give you the happenings in your city. The language used in these pages is simple. Once you get into the habit of reading these pages, you would yourself turn to the remaining pages covering other news. The last few pages of the paper generally give you sports news. Reading these articles will be interesting and easy to understand as you might have seen the same news on television the day before.
