RULES :
1)Each participant can submit up to Two (2) entries from the given topics .

2)Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the photos will not be allowed.

3)The Organisers reserve the right to reject entries with incomplete details. The submission deadline is 1hr from the event start.

4)All submitted materials are non-returnable. The file name for each photograph should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name.
5) The images will be selected by a panel of judges and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection process and decision will be entertained.

6)The panel of judges will evaluate the entries based on the following criteria:
- Artistic/visual appeal.
- Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.
7) Entries will be judged based on originality, creativity and relevance to the theme.
