We had a batch graduating last week. It was a 'wow' moment for me. The kids were well on their way into independent reading. The last few classes were dedicated to Reading Comprehension exercises. They were so excited to read the passages and answer questions about it...

Finally they were not willing to accept that the course was over. They wanted to learn more and read more. This is a batch of enthusiastic and hardworking 5 year olds. Adding a screen shot of messages from the parents.

Hey kids, the theme for this month’s Storytelling event is "Unity". It's surprising how things get better when done together!
Listen to some wonderful stories based on "Unity" from the Chennai Storytellers Asha, Shan & Vasugi
On Saturday 14th May between 5pm and 6pm.
At Odyssey , Adyar, Chennai.
Open to ages 3 and above. Fee Rs. 150 per participant. Each participant gets a certificate and an Odyssey voucher.

To celebrate this, Odyssey & the Chennai Storytellers present a session of stories on "Strong Women" from Mythology and Folktales by Storytellers Asha, Kavitha & Priti.
Followed by an activity "Storytelling through Origami"
Open to Ages 3 yrs & above. Entry Free.
