General Assembly 3 & 4 Dec, 2016

Join us for at our first day of the third General Assembly as we remember three of our beloved members who passed away in the recent years. We invite all our members and alumni to attend the service. Also join us in prayer for our members who have gone out in the work of mission.

NECF Sports 2016 had begun.
Mizoram won the trophy in choir competition.
Nagaland-Manipur won the best conductor trophy.
Join us for NECF Sports tomorrow (5 September, 2016) at the Pavillion.
Attendance will be taken at 10:30 AM.

Our sister Sarah Lalhruaitluangi will be working in Cambodia as a missionary under South East Asia Mission Society (SEAMS). The North East Christian Fellowship, Madras Christian College joined with SEAMS and her Church in wishing her the very best for her mission work. Let us remember her and uphold her continually in our prayers.

It is with a sad heart that we announce the death of K. Vanlalhruaia (former member of NECF) 2007-9 batch. Hruaia met in a road accident on 31 January, 2016. He was a student of the department of Plant Biology & Plant Biotechnology and resided in Selaiyur Hall. Let us remember the grieving family and friends in our prayers.

It is with a sad heart that we announce the death of Kache Phimu, early this morning. He is reported to have been sick for a while. His funeral will take place in his hometown Mao Gate, Manipur.
Kache was an active member of the Fellowship, and was an active choir member singing bass. He will be greatly missed. He completed his B.A. Political Science in 2014.
Our prayers and condolence are with the bereaved family. Kindly uphold his friends and family in your prayers.

All members of the Fellowship are requested to be at the Chapel by 5:00 PM for the Annual Photo Session with the Principal, Bursar, the Chaplaincy and the Campus Ministry officials.
It will be followed by the induction of the new Office-Bearers at this Maundy Thursday Service at 6:30 PM.
