Here's introducing my work, my baby, "The Self" .. Its a a center for exceptional children and for people who feel stressed, confused, indecisiveness, depressed, anxious, having adolescent issues, issues with raising and handling their children, also ones having discordance in relations (with folks, between couples, etc). Its taken years of studying and practicing in the area called "psychology" t
o pursue my dream - my work! Passionate about my children, my work and each individual who come to me for help! It takes a lot to get yourself to a counselor, as most believe "only if you are mad" you need a psychologist/counselor. Here's one step up to changing this belief, this notion. Now, about the name "The Self", is 'cuz I am the only individual involved in working with my kids and adults, and I deal with one individual at a time, helping them out by merely empowering them. Doing psychology ever since 11th grade. Started it merely for a want to pursue something different than the usual computers, economics, mathematics and etc. Accomplished a B.Sc in psychology from Ethiraj college in Chennai. Went on to do a diploma in counselling and documentation in Chennai with Dr. Brinda Jayaraman. Continuing with a M.Sc in Applied Child Psychology from Kingston University (UK). Also, have done a course in animation, graphology and enjoy reading, writing poetry, and traveling.
