Colour Identification and Fine Motor Skill Activity at Amethyst International School - Cambridge.

Learning about colours helps kids sort, organise, categorise, and compare objects. Early identification of colours helps children to create a cognitive link between visual clues and words and improves their ability to communicate and express themselves.

Our little ones enjoyed this activity time of hitting balloons with rackets which helped them develop their fine and gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination as the try to hit the target.

Children are the carriers of our dreams for a happier future and our hopes for a better tomorrow. Saraswati, the Hindu goddess of wisdom and knowledge, is renowned for her patronage of the arts, including music, poetry, literature, and creativity. She embodies purity and sublimity in nature, often depicted donning a white saree with minimal jewelry. With her four arms, she holds a book, a rosary, a pot of water, and a veena, symbolizing knowledge, enlightenment, purity, and tranquility.

Our Cambridge Grade 1 and 2 students had a much-awaited movie day at Amethyst International School!

Immersing oneself in a language is the best way to master it, and our students learned new words and practiced pronunciations through the movie. In addition, we at AIS - Cambridge believe the best learning is interactive and interconnected, so our students learnt about the different animals while sharpening their language skills.

Although it was incredibly fun for them to watch The Lion King with their friends, they undoubtedly learned a lot through the day.
