A scale can tell you what you weigh.

It cannot tell you:
❌ How strong you are.
❌ How healthy you are.
❌ How resilient you are.
❌ How well you'll age.
❌ How capable your body is.

Yet we continue to give that number enormous power over how we feel about ourselves.

At Temple of Strength, we believe there is a better question: Are you getting stronger?

Because strength changes everything.
✅ It improves movement.
✅ It supports metabolic health.
✅ It protects against injury.
✅ It builds confidence.
✅ It helps us remain independent as we age.

Most importantly, it gives us the ability to participate fully in life.
Strength isn't just a fitness goal. It's a life skill.

Before gyms. Before machines. Before fitness became a trend.

There was the Gada.

With Peddi bringing traditional Indian strength culture back into the spotlight through Ram Charan's powerful portrayal, it's a reminder that our ancestors built extraordinary strength using traditional, specially created, highly effective training implements.

At Temple of Strength, the Gada isn't a prop. It's a practice.

Training with the Gada develops grip strength, shoulder mobility, rotational power, coordination, endurance, and mental focus—qualities that modern fitness often overlooks.

Ancient wisdom. Timeless strength. Real-world performance.

The tools may be traditional, but the results are as relevant today as ever.

💪 Train like a warrior.
🕉️ Move with purpose.
⚔️ Build strength that lasts.

Most people try to change their lives by working on just one thing.

They focus on the body.
Or the mind.
Or their emotions.

As Krishna Rajaganesan, Founder of Temple of Strength, explains, real transformation happens when all three work together.

When the body is strong, the mind becomes clearer.
When the mind is disciplined, emotions become more stable.
When emotions are balanced, the body responds differently.

These aren't separate parts of who you are—they are deeply interconnected.

The quality of your life is often a reflection of how well your body, mind, and emotions are aligned.

The question is: Which part of the triangle are you neglecting? Comment below - and we will reach out to schedule a free consultation.

What if your body could reveal more than just symptoms?

In traditional Indian wellness systems, *Nadipariksha* is not merely about checking the pulse — it is about understanding the individual as a whole.

At Temple of Strength, Nadipariksha forms an important part of our personalised consultation process. By understanding a person’s unique constitution, lifestyle patterns, and imbalances, training and wellness approaches can be tailored more meaningfully and effectively.

In this reel, Krishna Rajaganesan, Founder of Temple of Strength, shares the deeper relevance of Nadipariksha and why traditional systems focused on individualised wellbeing long before “personalised fitness” became a modern trend.

Did you know?

Women are naturally built for incredible endurance, adaptability, and faster skill learning. 💪✨ (In fact, they are stronger, and faster at learning than men!)

Traditional Indian martial arts and strength systems understood this deeply — which is why men and women were never trained the same way. Training was personalised to suit the body, mind, and energy of each individual.

At Temple of Strength, we believe fitness is not just about exercise — it’s about balance, awareness, resilience, and connection.

In this insightful session, Krishna Rajaganesan, Founder of Temple of Strength, shares:
✔ Why women learn movement patterns faster
✔ How traditional Indian systems approached training differently
✔ The hidden benefits of couples training together

✨ Stronger together. Healthier together. More connected together. ✨

Most people assume: No pain, no gain.

So, most people assume that their first moves towards good health involves giving up all their favourite foods, going on extremely strict diets, and pushing themselves to complete a couple of hours of grunt work at the gym.

And then, the secret disappointment of not getting to eat what they want, the mental load of having to push themselves to complete the hours at the gym, the balancing act of handling commitments at work, home and other spaces – all of this leads to a silent piling of invisible mental stress that breaks us down slowly from the inside.

This is why diets fail, why exercise routines fall by the wayside, why we continue to struggle with excess weight and health issues.

First, let's correct your thinking.
You are not suddenly binge-eating because you are incapable of control.
You are not skipping exercise sessions because you are lazy or undisciplined.
You are not gaining excess weight because that's how you are 'built'.

You just need to find movement that aligns with your core. You need a workout that fulfils you from the inside out. You need to feel like your purpose is being served. You need to enjoy every moment of life.

When this shift happens, it is no longer about hard work or sacrifice – it is about unleashing your potential, naturally, in flow, like breathing.

What the mitti of Varanasi taught me about body and mind.

I trained as a wrestler in Varanasi. Every day, I came face to face not just with my Guru ji and fellow students, but also with myself.

There, I understood that ‘training’ wasn’t just about strength.

It was about discipline, surrender, and facing yourself—every single day.

It transformed me on all levels.

Here are FIVE things I learnt about body and mind while training as a wrestler in Varanasi:
1. Body and mind are not separate—they function as one.
However far the mind pushes, the body follows.
2. Physical limits begin as mental limits.
Only when you break through the limits in the mind can you move beyond them in the body.
3. Growth comes from discomfort.
When you challenge yourself and stay rooted in youself through difficulty, you begin to evolve.
4. Self-awareness is strength.
Knowing who you are—and respecting your body and mind—allows you to move forward with consistency and purpose.
5. You are here for a purpose.
The moment you begin to discover it, your journey changes completely. It begins to show itself clearly, and you move forward with confidence.
