I made bread in an airfyer!! Bread in my @nutricook.in airfryer! Honestly I love my airfryer but this is the first time I used it for baking!! Here's how it went!! Recipe - All purpose flour - 2.5 cups Instant yeast - 1 tsp Oil- 3 tbsp Water - 1/2 cup Castor sugar - 4 tbsp ( I used @pirouette.baking ) Salt 1 tsp -Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth dough. -Knead we'll untill soft - Cover and place in an piled bowl to proof until double in size. - Shape and divide into 9 buns. - Place in the basket of the airfryer or a 7 inch pan. Don't forget to oil it. - keep it to proof for a second time untill double in size. - Brush with milk. - Bake in your airfryer at 150c for 25 mins untill golden brown. - Honestly I didn't find that the bread baked better in the airfryer. - It was really good but I found that the airfryer didn't bake quicker as shown by so many videos online. Soft unsalted butter 100g
Sifted icing sugar - 200g
Salt - 1/4th TSP

Beat all the ingredients with an electric be**er untill soft, light in colour and fluffy
