World Food Safety Day was celebrated at AMJS through a fun, theme-based activity where students brought healthy snacks & lunch, shared nutritional benefits, and aced the "Healthy vs Unhealthy" quiz in assembly.

The inauguration of the NIOS Centre at A. M. Jain School was conducted on 5th June 2026 with great enthusiasm and participation from students and parents.

The programme was graced by Shri V. Santhanam, Joint Director ( Admin), Regional Centre - Chennai and Kochi, who attended as the Chief Guest. During the event, the NIOS faculty members were formally introduced to the students and parents.

A significant highlight of the programme was the opening of the NIOS classrooms by the Chief Guest, marking the commencement of the NIOS academic journey at the school. The event was efficiently compered by NIOS students.

The inauguration programme was well organized and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, parents and staff members, making it a grand success.

A First Aid Training Programme was conducted for the teachers of A. M. Jain School on 1st and 2nd June 2026 through the Rotary Club of Madras Central in collaboration with ALERT NGO.

The training was led by Ms. Rekha Sreekumar, Assistant Manager – Social Initiatives and First Aid Trainer, ALERT, along with volunteer trainer Ms. Jostna. The programme was based on the inspiring motto given by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam: "Train one person in every family in emergency care".

The sessions were highly interactive and informative, featuring various hands-on activities that equipped teachers with essential emergency response skills. A special highlight of the programme was the practical CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training, which enabled participants to gain confidence in handling medical emergencies effectively.

The training was well received by all the teachers and proved to be an enriching experience, emphasizing the importance of timely first aid and emergency care.
