Looking for a full/part-time Art facilitator for the Department of Creative Expressions - Meraki, Senior school(8th-12th). Requirement: Art practitioners with a background in psychology, experience in mental health spaces or special needs education. We welcome practising, trained/self-taught artists to join the Meraki team at APL to teach process-based art for senior school students with varying needs. The main tasks will require facilitating art processes for students within chosen themes, adapting existing curricula to student needs and the ability to input new art techniques that aid art engagement over skill development. Interdisciplinary practitioners whose primary practice is in art but have skills in other art forms such as music, photography or movement are encouraged to apply.
