When mindset meets neuroscience, real and sustainable change begins in the brain.

As part of my ongoing professional development, I’ve recently completed my certifications as a Neuroscience Coach and Mindset Coach.

This learning adds a strong neuroscience-based dimension to my work as a Work–Life Balance Coach, supporting individuals to better understand how the brain responds to stress, overload, habits, boundaries and recovery.

At its core, coaching is about working with an individual’s mindset because sustainable change begins with how we think, perceive and respond.

Grateful for the learning and excited to apply this science-backed approach.

🎉 Exciting News!
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve successfully completed the course "Social Behavior and the Brain: An Introduction to Social Neuroscience" offered by NPTEL—and graduated with distinction as the class topper! 🧠✨

This program deepened my understanding of how the brain shapes our social interactions, decision-making, and emotional processing—knowledge I now integrate into my counseling and coaching to help clients create real, brain-based change.

International Mind-Body Wellness Day is celebrated annually on January 3rd. The day aims to promote the importance of a healthy mind and body.

I had the privilege of addressing the bright minds at an insightful collaborative session between the Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College (RID-3012) and the Rotaract Club of Nashik Nine Hills (RID-3030).

Our focus? The crucial mind-body connection and achieving work-life balance in today's fast-paced world. This International Services Avenue initiative brought together young leaders passionate about holistic wellness.

A heartfelt thank you to both Rotaract clubs for organizing this meaningful event and to all participants for their engaging discussions and thoughtful questions.

Together, we're fostering a generation that prioritizes both professional success and personal well-being! 🌿

Leisure: The Forgotten Pillar of Work-Life Balance.
Productivity isn't about constantly grinding. My recent Thailand adventure reminded me that leisure isn't a distraction—it's the oxygen that fuels your professional fire.
Your best ideas often emerge when you step away, not when you're chained to your desk. Success isn't just about hours worked. It's about life lived.
When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to disconnect and recharge?

Happy to share that I had an opportunity to share my views on work-life balance to the Federal (part of Puthiya Thalaimurai TV, a tamil news channel) which is a digital platform disseminating news, analysis and commentary.
Infosys co-founder Mr. Narayana Murthy recently sparked debate by advocating for intense work culture, suggesting Indians should work 70 hours weekly. While he personally worked 14-hour days and believes hard work trumps intelligence, many professionals disagree.
As a work-life balance coach, I would like to emphasize that quality matters more than quantity. Research shows prolonged work hours decrease productivity and increase stress. The key is not how many hours you work, but the focus and effectiveness you bring.
Remember: Hard work is crucial, but so is your health. Balance is the real success strategy.
