FINANZA '26, the Commerce Fest of Union Christian Public School, Chetpet, was a vibrant celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and experiential learning organized by the Commerce, Psychology, and Humanities Departments. The event was formally inaugurated by our esteemed Correspondent, Mr. Vinod Simon, whose inspiring address encouraged students to dream big, think creatively, and embrace future opportunities. The campus buzzed with exciting stalls, interactive games, delicious food counters, and engaging activities, all planned and executed by the students. FINANZA '26 provided a wonderful platform to showcase talent, teamwork, leadership, and business acumen, making the event a grand success and a memorable experience for everyone.

🏆 MAGNUM OPUS '26 – A Spectacular Celebration of Talent and Excellence 🏆On 17th and 18th July 2026, Union Christian Public School came alive with the spirit of creativity, competition, and collaboration as it proudly hosted the 5th edition of Magnum Opus '26, its prestigious interschool cultural fest, themed "The Odyssey Awaits."
Bringing together over 25 schools, the event showcased remarkable talent across 23 exciting events, inspired by the spirit of The Odyssey Awaits.
From electrifying performances and thought-provoking competitions to the thrilling Olympus Ascension – The Final Showdown, every moment reflected the passion, dedication, and sportsmanship of the participants. The grandeur of the event was elevated by the esteemed presence of Mr. Ranjith Govind, an acclaimed and versatile playback singer, as the Chief Guest for the inaugural ceremony, and Ms. Priyadarshini, a distinguished actress, as the Chief Guest for the valedictory ceremony.
After an intense battle of talent and excellence, Kola Saraswathi Vaishnav Senior Secondary School emerged as the Overall Champions of Magnum Opus '26, while Don Bosco, Egmore secured the Runner-Up Trophy with an outstanding performance.

On 23rd June 2026, Union Christian Public School, Chetpet, proudly celebrated its Sports Meet 2026 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Periamet, Chennai. The event was graced by Chief Guest Thiru. Suguna Singh Gunasekaran, IPS, whose inspiring address emphasized discipline, teamwork, resilience, and true sportsmanship, encouraging students to embrace both victory and defeat with grace. Guest of Honour Smt. Rupa Rathore inspired the young athletes through her remarkable journey. The day concluded with Ignis House emerging as the Overall Champions, while Terra House secured the Runners-up Trophy, making the event a memorable celebration of excellence, unity, and sporting spirit.
