🎓 Parent Voices. Real Impact. Structured Inclusion in Action.
As we prepare for the 3rd Convocation Ceremony of Prakramika Vocational Institute, we are proud to present a special segment — Parent Feedback On Stage.
At PVI, success is not measured only in certificates, but in transformation, independence, and dignity.
This year, we will hear directly from families whose children have transitioned from structured training to real world achievement.
✨ Gayatri Gupta, a photographer, artist, and self advocate, recipient of the National Award for Outstanding Divyang from the President of India in 2025.
✨ Eeshaan Vipulbhai Joshi, who transitioned from our rigorous Career Pro Program in Hospitality and Hotel Management to entrepreneurship, now successfully running his own cloud kitchen.
These stories reflect what structured, measurable, and holistic vocational education can truly achieve.
Our 3rd Convocation, held in collaboration with Seshadripuram First Grade College, Bengaluru, also marks the Mega Launch of Beyond Labels, a one of its kind academic series comprising 14 subjects, 22 books, and over 12,000 pages with complete task analysis on what to teach and how to teach across all age groups.
This event is not merely ceremonial.
It is a declaration that inclusion must be structured, measurable, and outcome driven.

This is the result of years of fieldwork, classroom experience, failures, learning, rewriting, and relentless belief that neurodivergent children are learners — not exceptions.

It is time.
Time that special schools also have prescribed textbooks.
Time that regular and special schools are merged through curriculum, not sympathy.
Time we stop treating inclusion as charity and start treating it as education.

🏫 Schools are knowledge providers.
Children are learners.
There is no room for discrimination.

To every institution still rejecting neurodivergent learners —
No more excuses. No more delays. No more denial.

We call upon schools, institutions, educators, and policymakers to implement, adopt, and stand by a curriculum that brings structure, accountability, and equality.
This is Beyond Labels.
And there is no going back.

Dear Board Members,
I am pleased to share an important milestone in the journey of Prakramika Vocational Institute.
PVI will be hosting its First Convocation in the USA on 7th February 2026 in California, in collaboration with WeEMBRACE. This convocation will honour our neurodivergent professionals who have successfully completed structured, job-oriented skill training under our global online model.
This milestone reflects not just the achievements of our students, but the strength of a vision built on accessibility, dignity, and measurable outcomes. From India and Oman to the UAE and the USA, PVI’s commitment to providing completely free, high-quality vocational education continues to translate into meaningful empowerment and real-world readiness.
Each convocation is a reminder that inclusion works when systems are thoughtfully designed and consistently implemented. The USA convocation is especially significant as it marks the growing acceptance and relevance of our model beyond national boundaries.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each of you for your guidance, belief, and continued support. This achievement belongs to all of us who have stood firm in the belief that neurodivergent individuals deserve opportunity, recognition, and respect.
I look forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to this event and as we continue to strengthen PVI’s global collaborations.
With warm regards,
Dr. Gayatri Narasimhan
