Students of grade 2 inquired the concept "Imagination" under the theme "How we express ourselves". Imagination allows people to create, express and explore. Our students created clay models using their imagination, they explored and expressed their ideas. Some made stories with their imaginary characters and also designed games. Students decided to have a mini exhibition with their creations. Grade 1 and Grade 2 students visited the exhibition and gave feedback. It was a fun filled afternoon with lots of learning!

"Inclusive Quality Education for All” is the theme for the current year 2022 of World Autism Awareness Day. This theme is basically linked with the last year’s observation of this day was “Inclusion in the Workplace”.
This theme emphasized that people with autism spectrum have also the right to achieve quality education like normal people. Modern education can help them to stand shoulder by shoulder with other people. The stakeholders must create such an environment of quality education for these people.

Emotions and thoughts can be conveyed in different ways by different people-some use imagination. As a part of our UOI students of Grade 2 inquired on the concept "Imagination". To give an in depth understanding of the concept we invited Mrs. Jeeva Raghunath, an eminent storyteller to TIPS,Chennai main campus.

Ms. Jeeva started telling stories first to the toddlers as a teacher for more thana decade. She was looked up for her creative teaching techniques. Eventually, she evolved as a professional storyteller and started marketing children's books. Her passion for story and determination to ignite young minds pioneered the story telling movement in Tamilnadu. She is the winner of the best entrepreneur award in storytelling. Ms. Jeeva’s story telling style leavesthe audience ‘in awe’!

This story telling session kindled the imagination of our students.
