The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Sri Sairam Engineering College, in collaboration with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), hosted a technical event titled “BIS Cyber AI Conclave 2025.” This initiative aimed to spread awareness about Indian Standards and their importance in the field of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence among students. In this event more than 150 students were participated.
The event was graced by Dr. S. Dorothy, Guest Lecturer, Department of Chemistry, Government Arts and Science College. Her presence inspired students and highlighted the interdisciplinary significance of standards in science and technology.
Presentation on Standards – Educated participants on various Indian Standards relevant to AI and Cybersecurity. Technical Quiz – A competitive segment testing students' knowledge on AI, Cybersecurity, and BIS-related content. Standard Parliament – A mock parliamentary session that involved discussions and debates on policy frameworks related to technical standards. Crossword Challenge – A fun yet intellectually stimulating activity involving terms related to Cyber AI and Standards.

VENKATESAN , Chair, MTS India Section & Adjunct Professor, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth USA as our chief guest more than 300 hundred students participated in various events organised as part of symposium.

Uipath Student Champions are self-motivated ,enthusiastic and multi-tasking student leaders who lead the Uipath Student Developer communities on their campus. They used to associate themselves with technical clubs, empower fellow students, participate in competitions, develop innovative automation solutions.
We are very proud to share that one of our student, Mr.Hemanth, III year, Department of AI&DS was chosen as Uipath Student Champion 2022-2023. He is one among 71 champions across 7 countries.
