The day that Startup India was founded, January 16, was designated as National Startup Day by the honorable prime minister. The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is hosting Startup India Innovation Week from January 10 through January 16 in 2023 to honor the entrepreneurial spirit of the Indian startup ecosystem and commemorate this historic day.
