with these true words, we have colossal Pleasure and delight in sharing the successful report of the *ISR Activity* Organized on account of celebrating*Our Honourable Founder Chancellor's Birthday* .

On behalf of the Department of Human Resource Management We express our indebtedness to our Honourable *President Er. A.C.S. Arun Kumar Sir** for granting us permission to organise such generous events.

The *Department of Human Resource Management* in association with *MGR HR Club Connect* did a charitable act by providing necessary Groceries, snacks , Fruits, Vegetables & Rice bags to *Kalaiselvi Karunalaya Social Welfare Society (Infant to Elderly people)

◾This ISR Activity is to inculcate and develop social sensitivity, moral values for students and it also enhances their social responsibility .Students from the Department of Human Resource Management actively participated in this event.
◾There we learnt more about true life,sharing and caring. There are fifty inmates in the Home. All of them were above the age of Sixty
to ninety years.
◾ Students interacted with the elderly person they shared their personal stories and warm words of care and concern.
◾ Our Students entertained them with music, action songs, and dance in which they enthusiastically took part in.
◾The inmates were very happy and blessed everyone.
◾From this visit, It was a joyous occasion with full of satisfaction that the Students could bring some rays of happiness among the elderly person.
◾ Finally the visit to the old age home was a fulfilling experience for us, not only memories but also with some valuable lessons about basic Principles of Humanity.

We extend our gratitude to our **Dean Academics Dr.A.R.Arunachalam, Dr.K.Senthil kumar, Dean Administration* of Phase II Campus for their enormous
support in all the ways. I thank all my department faculties for organising and co-ordinating in making this event a grant success.
