📢 *CBSE Slashes Re-evaluation & Verification Fees*

​CBSE has announced a major reduction in the fees charged for the post-examination revaluation and verification of answer sheets.

*​The Revised Fee Structure:*

​Obtaining Scanned Photocopy: Reduced from ₹700 to ₹100.

​Verification of Marks: Reduced from ₹500 to ₹100.

​Re-evaluation (Per Question): Slashed down from ₹100 to ₹25 per question.

Note: If a student's marks change after the process, CBSE will refund the fee deposited by the student.

​Obtaining Scanned Answer Scripts: The application window will open from the 19-22 May, 2026

_​Reporting Issues / Re-evaluation:_

CBSE Language Policy 2026-27: Major Highlights for Classes IX & X Alignment with NEP 2020 & NCF-SE 2023

1. Three-Language Formula Made Compulsory

* From 1 July 2026, students of Class IX must study three languages (R1, R2, R3).
* Out of these three languages, at least two must be native Indian languages.
* Foreign languages can be chosen only:
* as the third language if the first two are Indian languages, or
* as an additional fourth language.

Focus on Stress-Free Learning

2. No Board Examination for R3 in Class X

* CBSE has clarified that:
* No Board Exam will be conducted for the R3 language in Class X.
* Assessment of R3 will be:
* school-based,
* internal,
* competency-focused.
* Performance in R3 will still be reflected in the CBSE certificate.
* Students will not be stopped from appearing in Class X Board Exams due to R3 performance.

Transition Arrangement for Schools

3. Temporary Use of Class VI Textbooks

* Until dedicated Class IX R3 books are developed:
* Schools will use Class VI R3 textbooks (2026-27 edition).
* Schools can supplement these books with:
* short stories,
* poems,
* local literature,
* non-fiction material.

Teacher Availability & Flexible Solutions

4. Schools Allowed Interim Arrangements

To manage shortage of language teachers, schools may:

* use teachers from other subjects having language proficiency,
* collaborate through Sahodaya clusters,
* conduct hybrid/virtual classes,
* engage retired language teachers,
* appoint qualified postgraduates temporarily.

5. Schools Can Choose Languages

* Schools may select any language from the CBSE subject list.
* However, they must ensure compliance with:
* the three-language structure,
* two Indian language requirement.

6. Deadline for Schools

* Schools must update their R3 language offerings on the OASIS portal for Classes VI to IX.
* Last date: 30 June 2026.

Inclusive & Student-Friendly Provisions

7. Relaxation for Special Categories

CBSE has provided flexibility for:

* Children With Special Needs (CwSN) under RPwD Act 2016.
* CBSE schools located outside India.
* Foreign students returning to India.

Such students may receive exemptions from second or third language requirements where applicable.

8. Emphasis on Skill-Based Language Learning

CBSE highlighted focus on:

* oral communication,
* reading comprehension,
* writing skills,
* grammar awareness,
* multilingual proficiency,

सभी के लिए वे Abhishek Sir हैं,
लेकिन मेरे लिए — हमेशा से Abhishek Bhai।

लगभग 16–17 वर्षों का साथ… यह सिर्फ समय नहीं, बल्कि अनगिनत यादों, सीख और रिश्तों की एक गहरी कहानी है। मैंने उन्हें सिर्फ एक शिक्षक के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसे इंसान के रूप में जाना है जो हर रिश्ते को दिल से निभाता है।

हम सब उन्हें उनके शानदार वक्तृत्व कौशल के लिए जानते हैं, लेकिन जो बात उन्हें सबसे अलग बनाती है, वह है उनके अंदर अपने विषय Chemistry के लिए जलता हुआ जुनून। उनके लिए Chemistry सिर्फ एक विषय नहीं, बल्कि एक एहसास है, एक जुनून है, एक जीवनशैली है।

जब वे पढ़ाते हैं, तो शब्द सिर्फ शब्द नहीं रहते… वे ऊर्जा बन जाते हैं, प्रेरणा बन जाते हैं। उनकी क्लास में बैठकर लगता है जैसे Chemistry किताबों से निकलकर सामने जीवंत हो गई हो।

लेकिन जो बात उन्हें सबसे खास बनाती है, वह है उनका अपने विद्यार्थियों के साथ दिल से जुड़ाव। वे हर छात्र को समझते हैं, महसूस करते हैं, और उन्हें सिर्फ पढ़ाते नहीं… बल्कि उन्हें आगे बढ़ने का हौसला देते हैं। उनके लिए हर छात्र सिर्फ एक रोल नंबर नहीं, बल्कि एक सपना होता है।

मेरे लिए वे सिर्फ एक शिक्षक नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसे बड़े भाई हैं जिनसे मैंने न सिर्फ पढ़ाई, बल्कि जीवन के कई अनमोल पाठ सीखे हैं।

मैं दिल से उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करता हूँ…

📚 हरियाणा बोर्ड का बड़ा अपडेट — 9वीं से 12वीं तक की किताबों में बदलाव

शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 से हरियाणा बोर्ड ने कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक कुछ विषयों की पुस्तकों में बदलाव किए हैं।

🔰 मुख्य बदलाव इस प्रकार हैं:

1️⃣ पंजाबी विषय (9वीं–12वीं):
📖 Sahitya Mala (9th, 10th) – NCERT
📖 Baneji (9th, 10th) – NCERT
📖 Lazmi Punjabi (11th, 12th) – NCERT

2️⃣ साइंस की जगह डिफेंस स्टडीज़ (11वीं–12वीं):
🎯 अब 11वीं–12वीं में Science की जगह Defense Studies एक विकल्प के रूप में उपलब्ध रहेगा।
🏫 स्कूल अपनी सुविधा अनुसार पब्लिशर चुन सकते हैं।

3️⃣ फिजिकल एजुकेशन (9वीं–10वीं):
🏃‍♂️ Health and Physical Education (9th, 10th) – NCERT

4️⃣ फाइन आर्ट्स (11वीं–12वीं):

R1, R2, and R3 language framework: CBSE's transition to the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020:


•R1 (First Language): This is the student's primary or strongest language, which they study at an advanced level. It can be any language offered by the CBSE.

•R2 (Second Language): This must be a different language from the one chosen as R1. While it may sometimes share the same textbook as R1 during the transition phase, the syllabus, instructional depth, and assessment criteria will be distinct.

•R3 (Third Language): This must be different from both R1 and R2. The introduction of R3 is a key shift, making a third language compulsory from Class 6 starting in the 2026-27 academic session.

Key Principles:
•No Overlap: A student cannot study the same language at more than one level simultaneously.
•Indian Language Focus: To emphasize linguistic diversity, at least two of the three chosen languages must be native to India.
• Assessment: As the framework matures, students will encounter separate question papers and distinct evaluation standards for each level (R1, R2, and R3) to reflect the expected proficiency differences.

How to Assign Languages (Examples):

You can assign any language to any "R" level, provided they are all different and you meet the Indian language quota.

Option A: Focus on Hindi/English
• R1: Hindi (Indian)
• R2: English (Foreign)
• R3: Sanskrit or a Regional Language (Indian)
• Status: Valid✅ (2 Indian + 1 Foreign)

Option B: Regional Focus
• R1: Kannada (Indian)
• R2: Hindi (Indian)
• R3: English (Foreign)
• Status: Valid✅ (2 Indian + 1 Foreign)

Option C: All Indian
• R1: Marathi (Indian)
• R2: Sanskrit (Indian)
• R3: Hindi (Indian)
• Status: Valid✅ (3 Indian)

Option D: Foreign Language Interest
• R1: English (Foreign)
• R2: French (Foreign)
• R3: Hindi (Indian)
• Status: Invalid ❌ (Only 1 Indian language; NCF requires 2).

Essential Compliance Norms:

1. No Duplication: You cannot take "Hindi" as both R1 and R2. Each level must be a distinct language.
2. Proficiency Levels:
• R1: Advanced level (high literacy and analytical skills).
• R2: Intermediate level.
• R3: Foundational/Basic level (compulsory from Class 6 starting in the 2026-27 session).
3. Passing Requirement: Students must pass all three languages to be eligible for the Class 10 Board certificates under the new framework.
4. Textbooks: While separate textbooks are being developed by NCERT, for the transition period, schools may use the same books for R1 and R2 but with different syllabi and assessment papers provided by the Board.
