The Departments of Interior Design & Decoration and Dress Designing & Manufacturing (ID&DM) successfully organized a Tree Plantation & Cleanliness Drive at Chandreshwari, Chandwad, with the active participation of students and faculty members.
▪️Activity: Tree Plantation & Cleanliness Drive – Towards a Greener and Cleaner Environment
▪️Objective: To create awareness among students about environmental conservation, cleanliness, sustainability, and responsible waste management, while encouraging them to actively contribute towards protecting and improving the natural environment.
▪️Activity Details:
During the activity, students actively participated in tree plantation as well as cleanliness activities at Chandreshwari, Chandwad. Various tree saplings such as Neem, Mango, Jamun, and other native trees were planted by the students.
Along with tree plantation, students also took an initiative to collect plastic bags, plastic waste, and other garbage from the surrounding area. The collected waste was properly gathered and removed, contributing towards making the surroundings cleaner, greener, and healthier.

Department of Interior Design & Decoration successfully entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ( ) with Elegance Veneers and Plywoods, by Shushant Chopada for strengthening Showroom– Institute Interaction and providing practical learning opportunities to students.
▪️Objective:
The MOU aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical interior material applications by providing students with practical exposure, showroom visits, material knowledge, product demonstrations, project guidance, expert interaction, and skill development opportunities in the field of Interior Design & Decoration.
The collaboration with Elegance Veneers and Plywoods will provide students with valuable practical knowledge about various interior materials, veneers, plywoods, surface finishes, material selection, applications, quality standards, and current trends in interior design. Students will also gain exposure to the practical selection and application of materials used in residential and commercial interior projects.
