As a part of Concrete Technology CE-3K Students visited an educational visit for a construction site to provide practical exposure to the concrete placing process. The visit helped students understand the actual procedures followed at site during concreting work.

During the visit, students observed various stages of concrete work, including preparation of formwork, reinforcement checking, batching and mixing of concrete, transportation, placing, compaction using a vi****or, finishing, and curing. Students also learned about the importance of maintaining the required concrete grade, workability, proper compaction, and quality control during concreting.

The site engineer explained the safety precautions and quality-control measures adopted during concrete placing. The visit helped students relate the theoretical concepts learned in the classroom to their practical application at a real construction site

The Modak Making Competition was coordinated by Ms. Tejasvini Khiratkar and judged by Ms. Aarti Arewar, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, and Mr. Gaurav Devidas Mitakar, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department.

Through their enthusiastic participation, students showcased creativity, teamwork, sportsmanship, and cultural values. 🎉

The celebration was graced by Mr. Bharat Bajaj and Mrs. Mamta Bajaj, Directors of the institution, and organized under the guidance of Mrs. Swati Chaudhary, Principal.
