Reaching for the Stars โ A Moment of Pride
A moment of immense pride and joy for Narayana Vidyalayam, Chandrapur!
As part of the National Space Day 2026 celebration, an Elocution Competition on โSpace Exploration and Gaganyaan Missionโ was organised by ISRO โ Regional Remote Sensing Centre (RRSC), Nagpur, in association with Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology, Chandrapur, on 11 August 2026.
The competition brought together around 100 enthusiastic participants from schools and colleges, all sharing a common passion for Indiaโs remarkable journey in space exploration.
Among them, Master.Arhaan Pathan, a Class IX student of Narayana Vidyalayam, Chandrapur, proudly secured the First Prize.
What makes this achievement especially heart-warming is that Arhaan, a Grade IX student, had the wonderful opportunity to compete alongside talented students from schools and colleges. Competing alongside students of different age groups and emerging with the First Prize is a proud and memorable milestone in his journey.
The achievement was warmly appreciated by the Principal of Narayana Vidyalayam, Chandrapur, Mrs. Shraboni Banerjee who congratulated Arhaan on his outstanding performance and appreciated his excellent oratory and communication skills. She encouraged him to continue learning, expressing his ideas confidently and pursuing every opportunity to grow.
