ਅੱਜ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਕ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਗਰ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਜੋ ਕਿ Comprehension ਅਤੇ Reading Skills 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਵਿਚ ਸ. ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਟਰਐਕਟਿਵ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ, ਨਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਸਿਖਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਠ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸਿਰਫ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਾ ਰਹਿਣ, ਬਲਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਚਣ, ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਨ।
ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਕ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਖ ਲੱਖ ਵਧਾਈ ਜੋ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਉੱਦਮ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Today, under the banner of the Sikh Vidyak Board, we conducted a highly engaging and interactive teacher training workshop focused on Comprehension and Reading Skills.
We were honored to have S. Gurdip Singh Ji as the facilitator, who led the session with practical strategies, lively interactions, and deep insights into making reading an empowering tool for both teachers and students.
The workshop emphasized not just reading, but understanding—turning passive reading into active learning.
