In a systematic review on Hepatitis A in Inflammatory Bowel Disease ( , ) and response to vaccination, Anuraag Jena and colleagues suggest that
1) Seroprevalence in IBD patients is similar to underlying population-level seroprevalence
2) Decisions regarding vaccination or testing for seropositivity need to be made depending on the geographic location
3) Response to complete HAV vaccination is excellent
