ਗੀਤਾ ਜੈਲਦਾਰ ਸੱਚੀਆਂ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਕੰਬਣ ਲੱਗਾ – ਅਖੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ – ਕਹਿੰਦਾ, ਟੀ ਵੀ ਘਰੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ... ਗੀਤਾ ਜੈਲਦਾਰ - ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਜੇ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਗੀਤ ਨਾ ਲਿਖੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸਤੇ ਲਿਖੀਏ ? ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਹੈ ਈ ਗੀਤ ਲਿਖਣ ਲਈ ? ਪਰ ਗੀਤ ਬੋਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੈਣ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਕਰੋ ,,ਫਿਰ ਲੋਕਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਕਰੋ !
sometimes I feel Sikhi should be granted on
Merit basis rather than on Hereditary basis.
Ppl who don't even know the ABC of Sikhism
say "PROUD 2 B SIKH". And they and their
acts, in a way dilute the meaning of being a
Sikh !
I fail to understand this : A labour ant picks
up ten times its body weight and yet no
recognition, but a human picks up twice
his/her body weight and is called World
Heavy Weight Champion ! Can we humans
ever try to compete with God's creations !
At a young age of 7, my grandmother first
told me that the Kirtan we listen to at the
Gurudwara Sahib, the Paath that is done by
Granthi Sahibs and the Nitnem that we do
daily, come from the same source of Gian
called Sri Guru Granth Sahib ! I was amazed
at the diversity of Gurbani, and the many
different forms that it is presented before
the Sangat ! Our Guru Sahibs were so
Suchet, that they made an invisible bonding
between a Sikh and Gurbani. May a Sikh be
reading Shri Guru Granth Sahib, doing his
Nitnem, doing/listening to Kirtan or Katha,
he/she is always remembering the eternal
Guru !
I see a new trend in today's Sikhs, of
abbreviating 'Singh' or 'Kaur' from their
name. Pls. do not write your name as
Jaswant S. Bhalla in public places. Jaswant
Singh Bhalla or rather Jaswant Singh sounds
much better. Sikhs have no caste or sects
and no surname other than 'Singh', 'Kaur'
and 'Khalsa'. If somebody in public
abbreviates your name, prompt them no to
do so ! We must be proud of the surname
given to us by Guru Gobind Jee. 'Hamri Jaat
Paat Gur Satgur'
We have been taught in economics, that
need backed up by buying power leads to
'demand'. Similarly, Naam japan di ichha
backed up by udham leads to 'Dharshan Ki
Pyas' !
You would be glad to know that the biggest
library of the world - is in California( U.S.A ).
It has 7 floors ,out of which six floors are full
of books , all the books from whole world
are present there ...and on the 7th floor
prakash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji is done
with great honour and respect and outside
d room it is written " THE LORD OF THE
UNIVERSE ".
Paap grows exponentially (ie. Multiplyingly)
and so does Dharam. Its important to take
the first step in the correct direction, its
important to make the right choices. Make
sure, you choose Dharam over Paap, and
leave the rest on Vaheguru. "Charan sharan

Rabbi-gyan to the world. Einj samajh lo, ki

Sahib rahi sade tak pahuchayi ! Os hi tarah,
Bhagat Kabeer Jee, Bhagat Fareed Jee,
Bhagat Namdev Jee,... nu vi eh gyan da
anubhav hoya ! Ta hi te, Guru Sahib ne enha
mahapurkhan nu apne barabar tha ditti !
Naam da Ras ! Hari da Jas ! Jis andar jaye
Vas ! Binse sab Ras-Kas !
Sadi khushkismati eh hai ki asi Parmatama
nu EK(1) mande ha. Badkismati eh hai ki asi
parmatma di EK vi nahi man de...
