You think UIETians are only marking their presence in CAT, silver screen, and Silicon Valley? Hell no, we are present in the top policy making of India too, as bureaucrats! Continuing our legacy of scaling heights, one of our alumna has added another feather to our esteemed alumni base. Anisha Tomar, a pass-out of 2016, has cracked Civil Services Examination with AIR 93~ literally flying colours! Congratulations, and celebrations! 💃🏻🎊🎉✨🌟💥🥳

The New Online, or the Nonline, is a contactless Dining and Delivery Solution. It enables the offline stores to build an online presence by improving the efficiency, which would help them increase the sales using latest technology.

The aim for Nonline is to improve the in-store customer experience that makes ordering food more efficient and safe.

So, whenever you would visit one of their partner restaurants, you would not be served by a waiter. Rather, you would be able to place an order from your mobile phone by scanning the QR code, followed by which you would receive a digital menu and you would get your order upon payment.

STAR features a creative mind of UIET "Arjun Mittal" (Mechanical - Batch 2018-2022), who built a Touchless Sanitiser Dispenser at a very low cost. This sensor-based dispenser release an adequate amount of sanitiser once the user places their hand in front of it.

It has a simple working mechanism, where the transistor switches on the pump and sanitiser comes out of the nozzle.

This wall-mounted, automatic sanitiser-dispenser is easily refillable, spill proof and has a long shelf life.

Unity is strength...when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved 💥

_Cultural Clubs of UIET_ in association with _Alumni Affairs Cell_ are going to celebrate the *21st Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July, 2020* through an online event.

The event will consist of different cultural activities like singing, dancing, storytelling, poetry recitation and short-film presentation.

The session will also include an inspiring talk by *Lt. Commander Anirudh Bhardwaj* of the Indian Navy and also an alumnus of UIET.
