#Subjects offered :
There are 6 subjects in course out of which 4 subjects are of B.A and 2 subjects are of B.Ed. These are :
(i) Paper-1 of Education,
(ii) Paper-2 of Education,
(iii) English (Compulsory),
(iv) Punjabi (Compulsory) or History and Culture of Punjab,
(v) and (vi) : The student is required to take up 2 elective/optional subjects from the 9 options listed are 1) English 2) Hindi 3) Punjabi 4) History 5) Geography 6) Economics 7) Political Science 8) Sociology 9) Mathematics.

#Facilities :

The Institute has 3 laboratories, a library and a hall :
(i) Psychology Laboratory A variety of tests are available which are being used by the students and faculty of Institute. (ii) Educational Technology Laboratory Over head projector, Handy cam, DVD, Audio recorder, Public Address System, LCD projector with two screens i.e. wall mounded and screen on stand, colored Television, are available. (iii) Computer Laboratory The computer Lab is equipped with many computers. and
(iv) Library :
The Institute has a rich library and a book bank with 1045 titles in library. (v) Multipurpose Hall
