Adopts pattern for preliminary test

Haryana Civil Services (HCS) (executive), the state government is expecting to recruit competent youngsters. It has issued notification for an amendment to the HCS Rules, 2008, and adopted the pattern of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the preliminary examination, but there will be no change in the main and personality test.
As per the notification of the HCS (executive) Amendment Rules, 2016, the state government has decided to conduct exams in both Hindi and English, while earlier it was only in English.
