"Social skills are the missing link between school education and the world outside." Pause is an unconventional learning space in Manimajra.
Teaching children a feelings vocabulary at an early age is as important as teaching them to read, write and do math. Our programs supplement school education and introduce children to a feelings language that prepares them emotionally for life. We enhance social skills & empower children with tools & techniques to make responsible choices. We are not a school, a nursery, nor an institute. We do no

Our enactment of the current refugee crisis for the kiddos with teddy bears travelling in a boat from Syria..We enacted how an overloaded boat sank and all the teddy bears fell..
The Kiddos put forth some amazing Responses to what can we do to help these peopleβ¦
- We can ask them to come and live with us.
- We can build them a new boat.
- We can tell them to use their words and not fight.
- We can get them food from our house.. :) :)

Learning about feelings through water play! Over the past few weeks, children have become aware of the different feelings-happy, sad, angry, excited, disgusted, embarrassed & confused. They are beginning to identify & realize how they would feel in a given situation. Do begin to share with your child how you feel & why you feel that way! ππ

We tried to recreate the events in the life of Neil Armstrong and share with the kiddos his Super hero powers of ' finding solutions', working towards his dreams, not panicking and patience. Some glimpses of what all was shared:
- Neil Armstrong was DETERMINED to achieve his 3 dreams of learning how to fly, pilot a jet plane and then become an astronaut..
- Hard work ....to pay for his flying lessons worked himself at the age of 16 years to pay the fee.
- Once when his plane was fired upon he did not panic and thought calmly of SOLUTIONS ππ

It was time to make kids aware of times they are using a whining and crying voice ..so we decided to blow a horn whenever one of us is using a crying voice and then we have to say a blessing and something we are thankful for .. ππ
