Did you know that children make substantially more progress in literacy if they follow a pencil and paper course than if they follow a similar course on a computer?
We understand the importance of following a pencil and paper based programme, which is why our maths and English programmes have remained paper-based for over 60 years.
When parents involve themselves in the education process of their children, such as supporting their children with their Kumon and homework, the outcome is usually more positive for the child.

Our child attempting addition of fractions (equivalent to ) for the first time by herself at home. If you watch carefully, she is doing the calculations in her head and not using much of intermediate steps. Super job my girl, your hard work and strong family support has all contributed to your success. Keep it up!

Reading and writing are 2 essential skills needed for effective communication and critical thinking. Kumon programme develops these two skills in our students.
Daily worksheet practice at home improves concentration, memory and language comprehension.
