As part of the World Mental Health Day observance, I had the opportunity to deliver an interactive lecture on "Nurturing Mental Wellness: Habits for Enhancing Academic Performance" for master’s students from the Public Health and Social Work Department of Panjab University, Chandigarh.

As part of World Mental Health Week 2024, themed “It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace”, I had the opportunity to present an engaging session titled “Work-Life Balance: The Key to Sustainable Productivity and Well-being” on Saturday, 5th October 2024 at the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (HBCH&RC), Mullanpur.

The session, designed for nursing professionals and staff members, emphasized the critical importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, especially in high-demand healthcare environments.

Together, we explored strategies to manage work responsibilities while prioritizing personal well-being. The key takeaway? A balanced lifestyle not only improves individual health and job satisfaction but also enhances patient care and overall workplace productivity.

Through open dialogue, we aimed to empower healthcare workers to create a more sustainable and fulfilling professional experience.
