Centre for Success (formerly known as India2canada) is a fully owned subsidiary of Archway Community Services (Archway) based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Archway was registered in 1969 and is a non-profit, multi-service, multi-funded community based social service agency. It has 400+ staff members and 1000+ volunteers providing services at 24 locations namely Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Langley and Chandigarh (India). Started in the mid-sixties by Walter Paetkau who was working for the Mennonite Conference, his assignment was to organize activities for local churches and organisations to get involved in meaningful and community wide activities. It is the key Immigrant Serving agency in Abbotsford which recognizes that when people leave their country of origin, their move has to be worth it. Who does Archway help? Each year almost 40,000 come through Archway’s doors looking for help through one or more of their 80 programs. From new-born babies to seniors – we help people of all ages

Our association with Canadian government:
While Archway has provided Immigrant Settlement Services since the late 70’s and is today a significant immigrant serving agency in the Fraser Valley, it started its first global assignment namely ‘Pre- Arrival Services’ at Chandigarh through its fully owned subsidiary India2Canda now re-branded as Centre for Success. The program was successfully run from November 2015 to March 2019, funded by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). Hundreds of Canadian PR visa holders availed a proactive intervention that was aimed to educate and orient them in India before they arrived in Canada. You may also check –

Paragon Testing Enterprises, a subsidiary of The University of British Columbia (UBC), was created in 2009 to commercialize the university’s English language proficiency tests. Centre for Success (formerly known as India2Canada) is an authorized training centre in India for the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) and the Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Program.
