Diwali was celebrated at Ashiana Public School with a lot of enthusiasm. The school wore a festive look with diyas, lantens and other decorations adorning the school premises. An atmosphere of togetherness and hope filled up the environment with positivity. Different competitions like Show & Tell,Diya decoration, Toran Making, Craft Rangoli Making etc. were organized for the students in which students showed their boundless creativity and talent.

To mark the occasion a special assembly was organized, which started with a solemn prayer to the almighty and Aarti with a beautiful thought which filled our minds and hearts with love and harmony. Wonderful presentations by the students instilled sense of victory of light over darkness, good over evil and hope over despair. On this occasion our worthy Director Mrs. Lalita Prakash sensitized the students about the ill- effects of the crackers and students pledged to celebrate eco – friendly Diwali.

Students also enjoyed community lunch on this occasion to celebrate the sense of togetherness and unity in diversity.

We wish all our parents and students a very Happy and prosperous Diwali.
