Healing ka matlab ye nahi hota ki aapke thoughts ekdum band ho jaayein.
Healing ka matlab hota hai—**thoughts ke saath ladna band karna.**
Hum bachpan se ye seekhte aaye hain ki *“negative mat socho”*,
*“strong bano”*, *“mind ko control karo”*.
Par sach ye hai—jitna zyada hum thoughts ko control karne ki koshish karte hain,
utna hi zyada wo hume control karne lagte hain.
Agar koi unwanted thought baar-baar aa raha hai,
to iska matlab ye nahi ki aap weak ho.
Iska matlab sirf itna hai ki aapka mind kuch process kar raha hai.

✔️ Observe karo
✔️ Judge mat karo
Bas ye bolo—
“Main ye thought hoon nahi.

Isi jagah se healing start hoti hai.
