पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी, चंडीगढ़ के सामुदायिक शिक्षा और निशक्त अध्ययन विभाग के चेयरपर्सन डॉ. सैफुर रहमान ने हाल ही में ज्योतिर्गमय 91.2 MHz रेडियो पर अपने बहुमूल्य विचार साझा किए। बातचीत के दौरान, उन्होंने कम्युनिटी एजुकेशन और डिसेबिलिटी स्टडीज़ के अलग-अलग पहलुओं पर चर्चा की, और कम्युनिटी डेवलपमेंट, सोशल इंक्लूजन और एम्पावरमेंट को बढ़ावा देने में उनकी ज़रूरी भूमिका पर ज़ोर दिया।
