Joyland-Bringing joy in Education

Joyland is our endeavor to realize this inbuild urge of Joy present in us. We have actually lost the technology of Joy which is only now become copyright of religions but up to what percentage it is successful is for each one of you to decide. The whole world has been attracted to idea of happiness in education but we don’t know the means. We have made curriculums about happiness but still lot is desired. Why do all these efforts fail? The more we pursue happiness the more it becomes illusive. What can be the secret for our failure. Recently this secret formula which is coded in our genes was revealed. That is when we do any activity we divide into two parts one is intention which include planning and ex*****on. We think research observe from past and the plan. We want to make the effort perfect and failure proof. This action becomes 95%planning and 5 % action which is formula for failure because life is not past it is present at changing daily basis. You cannot sit and waist 95% energy in planning and what is left is 5% action which is never going to succeed. So teaching kids happiness this system of education has to be revamped.
So at Joyland Montessori school we endeavor to bring new innovations in education and see what works in children and what doesn’t work. What doesn’t work is important so that we can mold it further like adaptation for success, Human being is wired for success not failure. If we are failing at something we will have to adapt to correct it and survive through it. We constantly adapt our teaching methods for better development of our kids not through tons of theories but action. We right now focus on Only kindergarten children to create an environment for natural learning of happiness in kids practically not theoretically. We rely on numerous action based activities for doing this. We plan to start to share those activities with the whole world in the coming times.
