This is a topic which is quite debatable.

A lot of people believe that morning Workouts are better for fat loss and Evening Workouts are better for Muscle Gain. But it isn't true to be honest.
-
The thing is, when it comes to your workouts, the most important thing is Consistency.
-
How Consistent you can be long-term will decide whether you will get results or not.
-
So if you want to decide a time for working out, choose a time when you can be . That's going to be the most fruitful for you.
