Under the expert guidance of Dr. Anit Kumar, Yoga Instructor, students of Classes III to VI enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 by performing various yoga asanas with great dedication, enthusiasm, and discipline.
"Yoga is the art of living in harmony with yourself, others, and nature." 🌿
The yoga session encouraged students to embrace yoga as a way of life, promoting physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. Through their active participation, students learned the significance of maintaining a healthy body, a focused mind, and a positive attitude while contributing to a healthier planet.
Principal Mrs. Suman Kundra appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and the sincere efforts of Dr. Anit Kumar and the teaching staff. She encouraged everyone to make yoga a regular part of their daily routine, emphasizing that a healthy lifestyle is the foundation of a strong and prosperous nation.

Our little champions from Nursery to UKG enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day by performing various simple yoga asanas with great enthusiasm, discipline, and joyful smiles.
The celebration aimed to nurture healthy habits, physical fitness, mental well-being, concentration, and self-discipline from an early age. It was delightful to witness our young learners embracing the spirit of yoga with energy and confidence.
