English Extempore Competition

Extempore is a spontaneous speech delivered "on the spot" with little to no preparation, testing a speaker's ability to think quickly, organize ideas, and speak fluently.

**Two Days Capacity Building Programme**

DAV PS BSPS Surangani observed Two-Days capacity building program at DAV Public School Ambota and DAV Lathiani, under the able guidance of ARO HP Zone-F, Sh. Namit Sharma, Manager of DAV Surangani, Sh. Ashok Kumar Guleria, Principal, DAV, Sh. Naresh Kumar Sharma, and Honourable Principals of different DAVs.
The program benefited educators under the theme Let’s Build the Legacy of Excellence. They learned about various teaching-learning strategies from experienced resource persons.
Principal DAV Sh Naresh Kumar Sharma extended a heartiest gratitude to ARO HP ZONE-F Sh. Namit Sharma Sir for providing such kind of motivating workshops that promoted reflective teaching and academic excellence.

Learning beyond the classroom! Our 5th A-grade students at DAV PS BSPS Surangani had a cosmic time exploring the Solar System! From Mercury to Neptune, they learned about the planets' characteristics, orbits, and more. We're proud of our young astronomers!

*Second Athletic Meet and Winter Carnival*

DAV PS BSPS Surangani hosted its 2nd Athletic and Sports Meet, along with a Winter Carnival and Prize Distribution, in the school premises under the able guidance of honourable Principal, Sh. Naresh Kumar Sharma sir.

The event was graced by esteemed chief guest, GM Electrical, Sh. Deepak Kumar sir, and manager rajbhasha, Sh. Balwan sir, along with Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur mam, Mrs. Anjana Sharma mam, and all NHPC dignitaries.

Our students from Nursery to 5th grade showcased their extraordinary strength and skills in the field, making it a fun-filled day for all. Additionally, fun games were organized for parents, which saw an overwhelming participation and added to the excitement of the day.

The school also hosted a Winter Carnival, where senior students, along with educators, set up stalls. The carnival aimed to foster entrepreneurship among students, and it was a huge success! Parents and students alike enjoyed the delicious food and activities. The stalls were inaugurated by our chief guest, marking the beginning of a wonderful celebration.
We are grateful to the managements (DAV and NHPC ) for all kind of help and support.
