The Institute of Technology Mayyil, was established by The Institute of Technology Mayyil The Institute of Technology Mayyil Hira Charitable Trust with a vision to bring up an education complex in Mayyil. Accordingly, Institute of Technology Mayyil came into being in 2002. The institute has already established its name and fame among the leading B-Schools in south India. A reflection of this could
be found in the number of applications being received every year from the MBA aspirants. The institute envisions to develop a centre of excellence in management education, research, training and consultancy within the ambit of global changes. The institute has a fully equipped computer lab with the stateof art technology, Wi-Fi facility, a well-stocked library with e-journal subscription. Our faculty is on par with the rest of the counterparts working in reputed B-Schools. The Institute is located in Mayyil, 25 KM, away from Kannur town. The lush green campus in the sylvan surroundings is ideally suited for serene and serious academic pursuits. Within a short span of ten years; the institute has earned laurels from AICTE for innovative practices in management education. We have been retaining Ranks in MBA from first batch onwards. The institute has been in the forefront for introducing new and innovating teaching pedagogies beneficial for the student. The management and staff are always extending unstinct support for the individual development of each student admitted in this campus. The present Chairman of the institute, Sri.Muneer K.K. has been extending all kinds of support for the full expansion of this institute, with the aim to take it into further heights. The present chairman is associated with this institute right from the beginning.
