After finishing his school education in Delhi in 1988, Ajay felt a deep calling to return to The Himalayas where he lived as a monk in Rishikesh and Gangotri and studied Vedic wisdom and Yoga. From 1994-2000, he lived in Pune as an Osho Sanyasin, and studied Ayurveda at the Nanal Research Institute (Pune). In 2001 he started a Vedic ashram in Manali (Himalayas), near Guru Vashishtha Village. Since 2005 Ajay has been living a healthy and harmonious life in Goa, teaching and practicing Yoga and Vedic wisdom. Classes: Yoga and meditation
Ajay teaches a form of gentle Yoga Asana with Vedic wisdom which has a profound therapeutic effect on physical and mental health. He also teaches other related Vedic subjects including Ayurveda, Marma Massage, K**a Sutra and the Science of Vedic Gods. Daily drop in classes: 08.00 - 09.30 (300 rs)

7 day 1 hour Yoga Course
This course is designed to teach the correct technique of Asana, to improve the Prana flow and to feel healthy and connected. The course is instructed through a series of 36 Asanas in a gentle flow. By the end of the 7 days you will feel confident and clear about the right practice of Yoga. Price - 7000 Rs ( non residential)
Ayurvedic Massage treatments
1 hour : 2000 rs.
- Ayurvedic Massage: This treatment goes deeply into the muscles and joints. Medicated oils are used.
- Marma Massage : Life energy work on acupressure points, with or without oil. Massage training courses
This is a 15 day course. Gurukul certificates are awarded upon successful completion.

Detox programs and Panchakarma. We offer 5 day, 7 day and 14 day detox programs depending on your physical and mental condition. This purification and cleanse leaves you feeling clear, alert, and with a deep sense of general health and well being. Following an initial Ayurvedic consultation, the detox program will be tailored to suit your individual needs. A diet of vegetarian food and soups will aid detoxification, together with medicated oils taken internally and applied externally through massage, herbal concoctions and steam baths will also aid the detoxification process. You have the option to join the morning drop in Yoga and Meditation classes (recommended). Our detox programs are beneficial in treating disease, weight loss and weight management, relieving stress, helping with fertility problems and post natal depression.
