The love perishing the proud?
heavy the lids drout of tears.
lamps without oil, opeque broken glass,
woven spider webs, broken,
entangled half died lizard,
the amber covered by ashes,
charcoal drawing of evil face,
on smoky wall.
smell rotten mingled urine,
dusty teared blanket,
air of fever wrapped,
windows still of rust,
silence every where
except roaring heavy door
no breeze all storms,
lifting fallen gray leaves to hell,
remains life around,
the deaf, blind bats,
the sounds the owls.
heavy the heart waiting
every instants

((أغسـل كليتيـك بيدك )) يا ريت الكل يقراها
تمر السنين تلو السنين و كليتـينـا تقوم بعملية الفلترة و تنقية الدم و إزالة الأملاح
و السموم و كافة الشوائب التي تدخل إلى أجسامنا, و مع مرور الزمن تتجمع فيها الأملاح و الرواسب الضارة فهي محتاجة لعملية تنظيف مستمرة و لكن كيف لنا
أن نقوم بهذا؟.

الطريقة سهلة للغاية:-

1- فقط أحضر حزمة بقدونس و أغسلها جيداً.

2- قطّعها و ضعها في قدر و صب عليها ماء شرب نظيف.

3- أغلها لمدة عشر دقائق, ثم أتركها حتى تبرد.

4- صفها و ضعها في إناء نظيف و أتركها في الثلاجة.

و أشرب كل يوم كوب على الريق.

راح تطلع بلاوي من كليتيك لن تصدقها:O
و ستشعر كل يوم براحة تامة لم تشعر بها من قبل.
فالبقدونس معروف بفعاليته القوية في تنظيف الكليتين
بل يعتبر أفضل شي في الطبيعة لتنظيف الكليتين.
