To introduce ourselves, www.teachersearch.in is a placement website exclusively for teachers.
We have initiated this website to help B Ed students and practicing teachers find suitable placement in schools of their choice.
While our consultancy (Green Leaf) works on various areas of education, we find that one of the biggest challenges schools face is getting the right teachers. At the same time, there are candidates graduating from B Ed colleges who also face the difficulty of finding an appropriate school. Teachersearch.in acts as a placement agency to match the needs of the schools and the profiles of the B Ed graduates/teachers.
To enable this process, what we require is for students who have completed B Ed from your college to register on our website. This registration is completely free for B Ed graduates and teachers. Based on the requirements of schools and students’ preferences like location, we will attempt to match the profiles of teachers with the needs of the schools.
In future, we can also take on the role of a placement agency for your college. If interested, we can discuss this further.
Once your students register on our website, we provide them other facilities like soft skills training, a newsletter and teaching tips.
