You can see stone roofs and walls made from local stone, which kept these homes cool and sturdy. Nowadays, R.C.C. (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and modern construction materials are more commonly used here.

Throwback to 2013 — when a bright, energetic, and deeply principled young man from AITM Bhatkal walked into IQSS for training, alongside his close friends Ashique and Fayiz.

We remember every moment — your quick learning, your discussions, coordination, and silent leadership. What stood out the most was your deep religious values and disciplined life, which guided your actions and inspired those around you. Even in the busiest training days, your commitment to your faith was unwavering — something we deeply admire and appreciate.

Soon after completing training, you joined Al-Futtaim, Dubai as a Quantity Surveyor, proving once again that with the right attitude and skills, success follows swiftly.
Fayiz moved on to Dolphin, Oman, and Shanif later joined Markaz Construction before shifting to Saudi Arabia.

A proud moment for IQSS!
Back in 2009–2010, during the days of IQSS, Manu Madhavan and his college mates were among our students. Fresh out of engineering, they joined IQSS with high hopes — and Manu stood out with his incredible dedication, focus, and maturity beyond his years.
I still remember how deeply his passion and clarity impressed me. He once told me about his family’s background in construction, and I knew even then — this young man was destined to go far.
Soon after completing his training, Manu moved to Dubai and was immediately selected by Esteem Construction Company, a top-tier firm.
Today, as he achieves MRICS status, I feel proud and fulfilled. His success proves that sincere effort never goes to waste — and it reminds me why we do what we do at IQSS.
