PROCESS

▪︎Add a pinch of salt and squeeze a lemon according to taste to a glass.
▪︎Carefully add a glass full of soda.
▪︎Then add jaljeera powder according to taste.
▪︎Mix it and serve it with a lemon.

PROCESS :

For wrap :-
▪︎Make a dough of maida, atta, oil, salt and sugar (according to taste). Maida and atta proportion should be 2:1 respectively.
▪︎Make normal paratha.

For potatoes :-
▪︎ Boil potato cubes, cauliflower and soyabean (optional) for 5 minutes.
▪︎Add 2 tbps of oil to kadai.
▪︎ Add sugar for color and 1/2 tbps of jeera.
▪︎Add a paste of onion, tomato, garlic and ginger according to the quantity.
▪︎Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame to get rid of raw smell.
▪︎Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar, chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder (optional) and fry the spices until raw smell is gone.
▪︎ Add boiled potatoes and everything.
▪︎Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
▪︎Add water to boil and garnish with coriander leaves.

For roll:-
▪︎Take the rolls and add the prepared potatoes and roll it.
▪︎For safety so that it doesn't comes out fix it with toothpicks.

SIMPLE 2 MINS RECIPE

PROCESS :
▪︎Make chana out of milk.
▪︎Let the chana be kept for atleast 30 minutes so that the excess water comes out.
P.S. : The chana can be kept in a stainer too instead of a cotton cloth.
▪︎After it's done mash the chana with hand so that it holds a smooth texture. (Mash it until your hand is tired😅)
▪︎After mashing when it holds sandesh texture, add cocoa powder, condensed milk (powdered sugar too can be used) and some drops of chocolate essence (optional).
▪︎Mix it properly and then make balls out of it in form of sandesh and garnish with cocoa powder, cashew nuts.
▪︎It's ready to serve

☆ P.S. : Here, the sandesh is being made raw, i.e. , the chana isn't cooked in oven. This unique process is done in order to get the pure taste of chana and kids can also make it easily (non-fire).
