**From “What If?” to “What’s Next?”**

I’m happy to share that my latest article has been published in **BW Wellbeing World**.

After years of working with women, I’ve noticed something that keeps coming up — **guilt seems to follow us, whichever path we choose.**

The woman who builds a career may wonder if she should have been there more for her children.

The woman who stays home may wonder where she might have been if she had continued her career.

**Different choices. Same guilt.**

Perhaps we make it harder for ourselves by judging yesterday’s choices with today’s wisdom.

We cannot change the choices we made. But we can choose what we do with the life we have today.

So perhaps it’s time to stop asking **“What if?”** and start asking **“What’s next?”**

I’m grateful to **BW Wellbeing World** for giving me the opportunity to share these thoughts.
