FlyingFish Scuba School is growing, and we're looking for SSI professionals to join us this season.

Exclusive dive partner to Goa Tourism, based at Novotel Resort & Spa, Candolim — a course-centric center built around teaching done right.

We're hiring:
• 1 Base Leader
• 3 SSI Instructors
• 3 SSI Divemasters

We welcome applications from other internationally recognized training agencies as well. Successful candidates will be expected to uphold SSI standards, with onboarding support provided where required.

We're looking for people who genuinely love the ocean and teaching—the kind who find as much wonder in a student's first dive as they did in their own. People who care about marine conservation and inspire that respect in every diver they teach.

What we offer:
• SSI Instructors: Expected earnings of ₹75,000–₹1,00,000/month (salary + incentives)
• SSI Divemasters: Expected earnings of ₹60,000–₹75,000/month (salary + incentives)
• Lunch and refreshments on the boat
• A supportive team that feels like family

Requirements:
• Full personal scuba gear
• Broad range of SSI Specialty Instructor ratings
• Equivalent specialty instructor certifications from other internationally recognized agencies are welcome
• The more specialties you can teach, the more opportunities you'll have
• Available to start from 16th October
