🌱 Water Conservation, Rainwater Harvesting & Solid Waste Management | Swachhata Hi Seva 2026

Government Engineering College, Buxar organized an Expert Talk, Swachhata Pledge and Quiz Competition under the Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan–2026, focusing on Water Conservation, Rainwater Harvesting and Scientific Solid Waste Management.

The expert session was delivered by Mr. Piyush Shukla, Engineer (Civil), STPL, Chausa, and Mr. Vishal Gupta, Officer (HR), STPL, Chausa, who shared practical insights with students on sustainable water management, rainwater harvesting and responsible waste management.

The programme also featured a Swachhata & Environmental Conservation Pledge followed by an engaging Quiz Competition with around 25 questions. Students participated enthusiastically, and correct responses were encouraged with chocolates from the experts. 🌿💧

A meaningful initiative towards creating environmentally responsible and socially conscious citizens. 🌍✨

Today, students across all branches of Government Engineering College, Buxar enthusiastically participated in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2027 through the Quiz/Idea Competition.

Visiting classrooms across the college, we encouraged students to participate, share their ideas, and engage with the vision of a Viksit Bharat. The enthusiastic participation of students from every class and their successful completion of the quiz, along with earning their certificates, made the initiative truly meaningful. 💡📚🏆
