📌 ROLE: Front Desk Executive & Telecaller
📍 JOB LOCATION: In-Person / On-Site (Burdwan, West Bengal)
💼 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet incoming visitors, students, and parents with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude 🏛️👋
Telecalling Operations: Connect with prospective student leads to explain educational course benefits, handle queries, and schedule counseling sessions 📞
Office Coordination: Maintain student visitor logs and assist the core management team with daily operations 📊
Follow-ups: Keep structural track of ongoing student inquiries via phone and WhatsApp 💬
✅ Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria):
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in 💻 Bengali & Hindi are mandatory! (Basic English is a plus).
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of operating modern office platforms (MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing) ⚡
Attitude: Polite behavior, presentable demeanor, high energy, and a strong eagerness to learn!
Experience: FRESHERS ARE WELCOME! Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or front desk ex*****on is a great bonus.
💼 Salary & Awesome Benefits:
💰 Original Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 / Month
🍱 Daily Food Allowance provided directly by management!
🏠 House Rent Allowance (HRA) provided for outstation candidates willing to relocate/stay in Burdwan!
📱 Official mobile calling expense re-allocations covered.
📅 Fixed corporate day shift timelines (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with standard monthly Paid Leaves (PL)!
